Sarah is a certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, intuitive and holistic wellness facilitator.

Sarah has studied a number of modalities including Eden Energy Medicine, Reiki, TCM theory and medical Qi Gong. She also has extensive knowledge in the areas of weight loss, metabolic/hormonal balancing and nutrition.

Sarah believes that love is the ultimate healer. Knowledge and wisdom are only part of the healing equation, but love takes us the rest of the way.  Through Sarah’s profound insight, not only will she help you to gain a deep understanding of your body's energetic systems, but she will help you embody your truth so you can live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.
